This month, the reason I fell in love with you even more is that every time we are texting and you feel that you may have hurt my feelings, you instantly call me to make sure I'm ok. I love that you take the extra time, even if I am being a little sensitive :)

Ohhhh and these last thirty days included HALLOWEEN!!! We carved pumpkins the week before and also passed out candy at your mom's house...while wearing vampire teeth. Scary!

This month marked both 7 months and my 30th Birrthday!!! I wasn't that excited about turning the big 3-0, but you made it an amazing birthday where I felt completely loved and not a day over 25 ;)

We grilled chicken kabobs and had a relaxing night at your house, which was the perfect way to spend the evening. Thank you for making my life so perfectly happy.  <3

IT'S BEEN SIX MONTHS!! 

We've been together for half of a year! This week marks a possible turning point for both of us. I started at Chesterbrook academy as a Preschool Teacher yesterday and you had an interview for a job with Bentley homes. I feel like both of these have the potential to be really amazing experiences for both of us. This is the happiest I have ever been in my entire life and I can't wait for another awesome six months!

I thought it felt like a good time to reminisce about when we met. I hope both of us always remember how awesome it was, but just in case we need a reminder...here it is...

On March 12th, I received an e-mail on match.com that said:

"Hi LA, I'm so glad you like fashion and super high heels because I wear mine like all the time. Lol jk. I just have a pair of asics I run in. :) So do you plan on staying in PA for long or do you have plans to ever go back home? Jeff"

After a handful of emails over the next few days, we decided to meet in person. On March 15th, we met at Champps Sports Grill in King Of Prussia. 


I remember driving up and imagining 100 different possibilities for this night. Would you really look like your pictures, would you be obnoxiously funny (remember those silly pictures you had on your profile?!?), would I like you, would you like me, would it be awkward... and then as I pulled into the parking lot, I saw this guy walking towards the front door and pulling out his phone. At that moment, my phone rang. You were telling me you had just gotten there. I creeped by you in my car and somehow had the feeling that this was going to be a really amazing night. 

That night, I laughed more than I thought possible on a first date, felt comfortable instantly, and we never had even a moment of awkward silence. Remember when I got up to go to the bathroom and the guys next to us at the bar asked if we were on our first date because we seemed to happy for it to be anything else? 

And that was the beginning of our fairy tale...

This month was not only our 5-month anniversary, but also your 32nd BIRTHDAY!!!! You weren't that excited, so we just spent the night playing mini-golfing and started watching a movie, but you feel asleep about 20 minutes in (it was only 11 pm) because you had to wake up at 5 a.m. every day for contracting. Hopefully by the time you read this, that will be a thing of the past because it definitely isn't your favorite!

This Summer we haven't seen each other too often because of our jobs and I have realized that, although we are only 5 months in, I find myself wishing that we lived together already. I can't wait to be able to come home to you every day and fall asleep next to you every night. Even small things like doing our laundry together and making dinner is exciting to think about because I always have such an amazing time with you. You make me happy every second that we're together.
